They are made by taking a balloon and covering it with paper dipped in a half mix of flower and water, repeat for 3 layers than decorate how you like!

Hi Anja, they are easy to make but take a while to make.
They are made by taking a balloon and covering it with paper dipped in a half mix of flower and water, repeat for 3 layers than decorate how you like! XD
